Returns & Exchanges Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, original packaging attached, and with all original tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.
For returns, you will be refunded the full purchase amount in the original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable.
For Exchange, Customers must contact customer service to initiate an exchange and provide their order number and the reason for the exchange. The customer will receive instructions on how to proceed with the exchange process.
If a customer abuses the return policy by repeatedly returning items or returning items that do not meet the return criteria, the retailer may refuse to accept future returns from that customer or suspend or terminate their account. [ Violation and Punishment Section 2 ].
Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in stores.
